Transformations Mending Fences is a nationally accredited and licensed mental health and addiction treatment center. We treat adults 18 years of age and older who are suffering from primary mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders.
We are an organization of extensively experienced and compassionate, licensed and accredited professionals collaborating to provide the comprehensive physical, mental, and spiritual care needed to treat the whole individual. We offer a complete continuum of substance abuse and mental health care including detox (offsite), residential, and partial hospitalization programs, extended aftercare support, and a vibrant alumni program.
